The general conditions of sale below detail the rights and obligations of the company LES BULLES D'EDEN and its customers concerning the sale of articles dedicated to pets. By validating his order, the customer declares that he accepts these general conditions of sale without reservation.

Article 2 - Prices

LES BULLES D'EDEN may modify its prices at any time. In all cases, the price that will apply will be that in force when the order is entered.

The order must be paid in advance, in one or more installments, via the various means made available to the buyer on the website.

The prices of the goods sold are those in effect on the day the order is taken. They are denominated in euros and displayed including VAT.

LES BULLES D'EDEN grants itself the right to modify its prices at any time. However, it undertakes to invoice the products ordered at the prices indicated when the order is registered.

Article 3 - Order

The customer validates his order when he clicks on "Order" at the bottom of the "Order" page. Before validation, a summary of the elements of the order is offered to the customer. LES BULLES D'EDEN confirms the acceptance of the order by email.

Article 4 - Terms of payment

The personal information of the customer to be filled in to place an order are the email address, title, name and first name. The customer agrees not to provide false or erroneous information.

To ensure the security of your payments, LES BULLES D'EDEN uses bank card and bank transfer payments.

Article 5 - Delivery

Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the products and their weight.

€ 20 for an M bubble, € 25 for an L bubble and € 30 for an XL bubble.

After receipt of the order form, LES BULLES D'EDEN undertakes to send the order within a maximum of 8 weeks from the date of the transaction, for payment by credit card or transfer.

Any delays, if they are attributable to the seller, give the buyer the right to refuse the goods, cancel the sale, and claim reimbursement.

LES BULLES D'EDEN is temporarily released from its delivery obligation for all cases of force majeure or fortuitous events. For example, a strike, total or partial, a flood, a fire, an accident or an illness which would immobilize the seller.

It is up to the buyer to indicate a secure address where the package can be safely deposited.

In the event of an incomplete order or defective material, the buyer must make a complaint within 8 days of the date of receipt of the order. If this proves to be justified, the order will be replaced. The return costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Orders are sent anonymously in protective packaging and insured by an authorized carrier.

Article 6 - Disputes

Any order placed entails the customer's acceptance, without any restriction, of the general conditions of sale. Any dispute relating to the sale (price, GTC, product, etc.) will be subject to French law before the commercial court of Epinal.
